I will say that once you get kicked from the firing range, if you try to rejoin it, it will show the same error code that kicked you out. The only way it let me rejoin without quitting the game, was to join another player's lobby, which required my friend to leave the firing range and reque.

Also I thought we were able to join friends in the firing range without them having to return to the lobby. But, if that was a thing, they had removed it.
