What happens when the bug occurs? My purchased characters and skins are gone. Account is essentially reset.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check your complaints, I’m positive I’m not the only one.

All my purchased content is gone. Characters, skins, weapons skins, stupid quips that no one cares about but are in loot tiks (gross joke). The Apex coins I purchased for the battle pass are nowhere to be seen. Am I being refunded? 

stop pushing content and season updates that break the game, and focus on the core aspects of the game! 

Isn’t it your goal to have more players playing your game, then other top teir games? An increase in players and the servers crash result in my purchased content to vanish over night.
