Hey @Ghost_Aleon,

It definitely looks like the EA account you've signed into here was very recently created, so if you've played previously that would be under a different account.

If you recall any other emails or accounts you may have used in the past I would definitely check whether you may have unlinked them earlier, as you would need to re-link the original account to have your content restored.

At that point if you're unsure of any other accounts or no longer have access to them, please contact support directly so they can try verifying some additional information about the account to assist here, thanks!

    Hey Mako:

    Let me tell you the whole story.

    I have only one unique EA account which created on <removed> and used my email 186***[edit: email address removed] and I never changed this email, never unlink my current PSN.

    It is very strange to see that my EA member register date become by today with same email, how it could be? One email can register two EA accounts? Could help me to explain that.

    BTW, I logged my PSN and found that my character lvl is 200+ and also my lifetime  games data history is still there? how it could be?

    I have attached some pics for your reference and please help me to restore my staffs pls.

    I have played this game almost 3 year since season 1, you could image my heart is bleeding when I saw everything is gone

    It would be best to contact support directly in this case, as we are not able to review or change your account information on the forums. 🙂

    @EA_Mako I just logged my PS account two days ago and everything is fine.
    Let me clarify I have only one EA account and one PSN, I never unlink them as there is a long time that I didn't login EA account and never changed my register email address.

    That does not match the limited information I'm able to see, so it would be best for you to contact support directly so they can look into this further with you.

    @EA_Mako I tried to contact your support but they told me they could do nothing unless I linked to my previous EA account, but I have only one EA account with one email, how could I find another one? or old one? I am sure the data is crushed when you are planning to develop the cross-progression. Please help me thanks.

    You'll need to reach back out and speak with support again I'm afraid, we cannot assist with account issues on the forums.

    It's likely there was a previous account that was deleted or changed and the current account was created with the same email as it was no longer in use, however that is not something we can look into here.

    Our support will need to try and locate the original account in order to make any changes here.

    @EA_Mako hey Mako, I don’t know how it could be like you said delete the EA account or cover it by using same email.
    I have checked all my email history and never seen an information that warn me someone is trying to rest your EA account or password.
    If I created a new EA account, my character should be lvl1 like a blank one but it still remains my last ID name and same lvl.

    @EA_Mako Hello,  like the guy above, I also lost progress from all of Season 20 and all of Season 19.
    I was around level 274, prestige 1.Now I have a prestige of 167 LVL 1.I lost all items from two seasons, including one Hierloom...

    My account appears to have been restored from two seasons ago. The game is tested on Steam and EAApp

    Repair request.
