Are you talking about the Predator Ranking Badge?
This will be added to your account after Ranked series 2 has ended and you were the Apex Predator During the Ranked Series 2 (season 3).

If you are talking about the win a game while being the kill leader.
Try logging out and back in and check if the badge is unlocked.
If not, you best try again, if you did it one time. you can surely do it again 😉
