Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)? Mirage, Lifeline
Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. World's Edge, near Survey Camp/Refinery/Epicenter
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Winning the match
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? At least 7 or 8
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 03.01.21 17:21
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Premade squad with Teammates who both got No Witnesses badge for killing 15 people who didn't get resurrected or revived in a match. Mirage killed 5, Lifeline killed 3 and Wraith(me) killed 7. I'm the only one who didn't receive the badge.
What should be happening instead? We all should have gotten the bade and not just my squad mates
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Review the logs of the games if possible? Not sure otherwise. Thanks.

Not sure what to do since me and my squad don't often have games of that caliber, we're not the best overall.
