The banner frame was disabled temporarily until the issue is fixed. Are you still running into any issues when you're trying to play?

Can we try a few other things to see if we can get you back up and running? A good place to start would be with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still having any trouble after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well.
