@EA_DavidSame on XBOX one S and series X. Me and My friend could confirm that issue. You need bloodhound in your team and while enemies are hilighted by scan, no matters that is smoke between scan , during first second. They are immortal for yours teammates. It causes huge disadvantage. Additionally even DMG counter is not displayed.
