Re: cannot appear firends in gifting list

Hello @Dukeful,

if you're playing on a PS5, you need to make sure that you're also friends in the game, not just on the platform.

    Thanks for answering.
    I understand it.
    however. one problem is, to be friends in game, You have to unfriend on Ps once, then send a friend request.
    I think this procedure is pretty tough so I hope to fix this issue.

    Hello @Dukeful,

    sadly you won't be able to get around having to befriend your friend in-game, as that is one of the requirements for sending gifts.
    Where did you see that you need to unfriend your friend first to befriend him in-game?

    I actually verified this several times and found out.
    However, yesterday we were able to solve the problem in another way.
    The following method.
    If you are a friend first in PS, you cannot send an EA friend from the friend banner screen, but you could press the △ button and send the friend from the friend search.
    However, this method is a bit complicated and can be very difficult, especially in environments where foreign language support, in my case Japanese, is inadequate.
    I understand that it may be technically difficult, but I hope that this kind of service will be user-friendly.

    Does being friend in-game mean being friends from the ea app????

    no, you have to befriend them in-game - being friends through the EA app does not count in this case.

    after i befriended them in ea app and then tryed to befriend them in in-game it already showed that we were ea friends so maybe it does count???

    @Jash282007,

    have you been friends for over two weeks and fulfil all the other requirements that are needed to give gifts? If it has been less than two weeks since the two of you became friends, please wait out the two weeks to see if it worked. 

    If it has already been two weeks, please reread the requirement list and if you're sure that you fulfil those, unfriend each other in the EA app and befriend each other in-game again.

    good standing means that neither your friends nor your account are sanctioned.
