Re: Cannot buy exotic shards from steam

First of all, I'm using Steam as a platform to play. I wanted to buy 50 of the new exotic shards that just came out. So it directed me to Steam funds, in which Steam automatically added the required funds to buy it. After the funds are added it directs me to the page to buy the exotic shards (image 1), but when I click 'authorize' nothing happens. I don't get any exotic shards (image 2) and my steam fund doesn't get used at all (image 3). I cannot buy any exotic shards I need help!

    I was able to buy 50 after many failed attempts at buying 110, then could not get another 50; I tried with 10, and it worked. I tried 10 again and failed, so I got the new r99 skin, but the game still won't take my money.

    I still have the issue a day later.

    yeah idk i had to wait like 24hrs and then it works, I guess u just gotta wait it out then.. welp I hope they fix it soo that there is no issue.
