Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Anywhere on the map while I was trying to play
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Playing
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? Blue screen and shuts off. Then I get penalised
What should be happening instead? It should be going as normal
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Too many people have addressed it and it’s being ignored

Every single day this is happening!!! It’s obvious it’s an issue a lot of people have been experiencing since last season and you still have not fixed it. Instead you made it much worse! Giving afk penalty for a ridiculous duration and double the points loss. Last season I worked and played to get to predator and got demoted to silver! What kind of crap is that, first you don’t fix your bugs like the blue screen, then you know players are abusing a glitch and didn’t fix it. Yet you make everyone pay for your lack of professionalism to get on top of any issues and fix problems. I spent a lot of time and money on this game and I regret every single second of it. Until you fix this and you reinstate my rank I will no longer waste my time with a game that wants our money yet doesn’t provide the customer support we deserve! This is a disgrace. Worse of all is that it’s owned by EA! A bloody shame!!
