Hey all.
I can definitely understand the frustration that comes from dealing with crashes like this. Have you had a chance to try running through any sort of troubleshooting at all since it started happening? A good place to start would be with the basic connection troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help site. That can clear up a lot of different issues.
I'd also recommend checking out the PS4-specific steps as well if you're still having trouble after that. Let me know how it goes when you can.
