Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Everywhere
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Fighting another squad
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Yes
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 2 or 3
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 1.03.20
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Entire game bluescreens, disappears from match and have to restart game
What should be happening instead? No bluescreen
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure.

Basically my 2 friends who I play with get blue screen constantly. It can happen at random, while we're fighting or looting or making our way to another place to loot. It also happens a lot if we reach the top 5 or top 3 all of a sudden they get a blue screen. It has been happening non stop and it does affect our games. There's times where we've been so close to winning and then mid fight or on our way into the last ring they get the blue screen. I've been lucky myself and not had it. Its quite infuriating and we're unsure what's causing it but I hope it can be resolved.
