Re: Cross Progression - Missing badges/stats

With cross-progression, only the statistics and badges from the primary account will be kept after the merge.
This primary account will be selected based on account level, so total playtime is excluded.

Now if I understand correctly, you believe that your console account would be a higher level than your PC account level after the level cap update?
If you have not logged into the console account since the level cap update then that account would still be level 500, as the level would only be updated once you log into the game.
(The level cap was updated right around the start or a bit before the release of S14, so if you haven't logged in since the, your console account would still be level 500)

This means that if you haven't logged in and if your PC account is a higher level than 500, it would be selected as the primary account, which seems to be the case here.

I don't think there is anything that can really be done in this case sadly enough.
