It sounds like you disconnected before the results could be captured. Unfortunately, we're not able to add that RP to your account. If you're frequently disconnecting, we can go through some troubleshooting.
Hi, I won a ranked game and didn't get any RP from it. This happened for both me and my mate. In club chat, it shows that we won first place ("just now"), but when I check my previous game stats, it shows the stats of previous game (23 minutes ago) and I didn't get any RP from that win. Luckily, I got it all recorded as proof (?)

Thanks for this, so there is nothing I can do about this (even with a full report)? Happened twice for me now this season, and it's not like that I disconnected or anything. That's really sad, especially when ranked games aren't that easy to win per se.

Just had this same thing happen it's been happening g for all matches for about an hour now it will take rp when I have a bad game but we finished 2 and 3rd with multiple kills and award no rp for it is there a fix for this not asking for my rp because as I can see you will just say sorry we can't give you that rp
