Re: Game constantly freezes and drops frames since late November

@VIP-REDACTED-I fixed it by re-enabling Meltdown and Spectre protections using this tool: https://www.grc.com/inspectre.htm
By running it as administrator then clicking the button "Enable Meltdown Protection" and "Enable Spectre Protection" and restarting the PC. No more freezes... Don't ask me how or why but this is the fix that worked for me.
P.S: Both should be enabled by default on fresh installs of Windows but I disabled them a year ago to get more performance out of my old i7-3770 CPU and somehow the devs did something to the game code since late November that makes it do that annoying freezing if Meltdown and Spectre protections are disabled.
