@EA_Atic it no longer works anymore. the same issue occurs but occurring much more often

@EA_Atic I've also now ruled out using peripherals and a classic Xbox one controller as an issue...

@sesamai Do you have a friend that has Xbox that you can can test your account on? Does the same issue happen on that console?

@EA_Atic Unfortunately i do not have any other friends with a new console. But the game does work on my xbox one s using my old xbox so i’ve been using that for the time being. Seems like the problem only happens with next gen console

@sesamai it seems to have been happening more frequently ever since the warriors collection event

@EA_Atic do you think there's going to be a fix or anything? As much as playing on my xbox one is a solution, the whole point of me buying the series x was to actually play apex. If you need more info about the problem please let me know.
