@ChromeOmega94 Sorry, it looks like there weren't any shards acquired on that account. If you happen to have a clip of what happened we can take a closer look.

There is a fairly rare visual glitch that sometimes gets mistaken for an opening of an heirloom to those unfamiliar with the process, perhaps this is what happened here?

    Maybe that's what happened then just didn't want .my 500 count reset and not have the shards. know what I mean? Thanks for taking the time to write appreciate it

    Hey I have a question, my brain blanked out and I accidentally bought a heirloom I didn't mean to, is there anyway you guys can take the one I have, and give me the one I wanted?
