@metrimake123 What are you having issues with?

If its related to a white/black screen, error 0x8000001, (or error 0x8000002), you can try:

Spoiler
- Repair your game's files:

- EA App: Go to your game library and click on Apex Legends, then click on "manage", and then "repair".

- Steam: Go to your game library and click on Apex Legends, then click on the gear icon near the right side of the launcher, (below the game's artwork banner). Now, click on "properties", then "installed files", and then lastly, "verify integrity of game files".

- Epic Games: Go to your game library and click on the 3 dots next to Apex Legends. Click on "manage", and then "verify".

Note: If you don't see this as an option on Epic Games and you have Apex Legends installed through the EA App, follow the steps for the EA App.

On console, this should be done by going to the game on the system's home menu, and opening the game's option menu, (like you're going to uninstall the game), and then finding where it says to repair the game's files or to test file integrity.

- Reinstall the game

- Clear Game/Launcher Cache:

- EA App
- Steam
- Epic Games

Note: Steam doesn't exactly have a way to clear the game's cache, only a way to clear the download cache, but it might help.

On console, I'm not sure how to do this.

- Repair your system's files:

- Open the Command Prompt in administrator mode

- Type, "DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" (without the quotes), and wait for it to finish.

Note: DISM stands for "Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool". It often repairs Microsoft related files, such as issues with Window apps. Some problems with the next file checker can only be fixed after running this one first.

- Now type, "sfc /scannow" (without the quotes), and wait for it to finish.

Note: sfc stands for "System File Checker". This one will repair system files, (such as important Windows drivers).

- Lastly, restart your PC.

On console, I'm not sure how to do this. Check in your console's system settings.

- Changing your graphics settings in the system settings:

Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics > Change Apex Legends' graphics.

- For console, I don't think this is an option.

- Other possible fixes for PC players:

- Disabling any programs that may interfere with Apex Legends.

- If you use AMD Software꞉ Adrenalin, try reinstalling it.

If its related to tabs in the lobby being grayed out and the currency showing up as -99999, for now try one of the possible solutions listed here. From what I can tell, this seems to be more server sided, and it may need to be fixed on EA/Respawn's end.

If the game isn't starting up, (and closing out after the EAC had launched), try closing out any program that may interfere with Apex.

For all other issues, you may need to contact EA Support at help.ea, but let me know what issue you're having if its not listed, as I might be able to help. Do understand that any account related issue, (such as Apex coins not showing up, appealing bans/suspensions, etc.), can only be handled by EA Support at help.ea. Neither myself or a Community Manager would be able to assist with any account related issue.
