Are you playing on Steam or Origin?

Do you also use any applications that have overlays? (e.c Discord, Geforce, Overwolf)

Overlays typically can certain issues with chats, so turning them off might help.

Other background apps might also interfere, so try turning them off before going in-game.

Answer: Not using any other applications. 

Answer: Other apps running in the background are, Bluetooth Devices, AI Suite 3, Windows Security, and Glasswire Network. That's all

Please note: The in-game chat was working for me earlier. I can't say if due to a recent update it stopped working.

Is there any update on this issue? Adding more insights on the issue -

1. I can chat on the main screen/home page.

2. I can chat on the legend select screen.

3. I CANNOT chat while in-game/in-match. (legend alive)

4. I CAN CHAT if my legend dies in-game/in-match. I CANNOT CHAT if my legends get respawn.

5. The issue has remained for +2 months.
