I can't believe I am first-hand experiencing EA customer service like this. I always thought people were exaggerating when they said EA is the absolute worst. I already had a customer support agent tell me to come here and file a missing apex packs bug issue. Now you're just avoiding the issue just like the last THREE customer support agents I have had. Absolutely ridiculous. If I click that link and ask another support agent to help me they're just going to give me another excuse of why they WONT help me.
