If you've not played for the past month, it sounds like you've just missed the rank split that took place last week.
That would have dropped your rank back down a bit, and we had also lowered the RP entry cost across the board.

Thanks for the answer, I didn't know about such a split, but there are still some parts I don't understand. According to my research, there was 1 split around the 24th of the last month and it was said that there would be an average of 1 rank decrease. I still haven't been able to decipher the logic of my falling from gold 1 to gold 4 and then falling from gold 4 to silver 4. Only the last split is visible in the photo. I don't even know if there is a previous one. I still believe there is something wrong with this job. Such a ridiculous punishment for not entering the game for 1 month is too ridiculous.
Hi, my fiancé and I play Apex Mobile every day. Since there was no information on a split and the lady who emailed me back from the support page didn’t mention a split I assume that’s not what took place in my situation, besides she noted it was a bug. I went from Platinum 2 to Silver 4, and my friends that I used to be able to play with are still Platinum, like I was just a few days ago. I’m trying to be patient, but it’s definitely frustrating that all of my hard work went down the drain. I’m now Gold 5 so with that information I should be Diamond already. Our in game names are Wabbitz and WabbitzChick, and both of our ranks are messed up. She said hers was fixed this morning, but once she joined my lobby she was downgraded back to silver.
