Re: [PS5] Can't get into Apex since the update

I doubt this is a quick fix though right..?

I have to sleep and work tomorrow so this bug has effectively made my whole season of ranked a wate of time..

Any update at all? Myself and 2 friends all got the update at the same time there and can’t play now. All of us getting no servers found

You cant play on the ps4 version because you need to logout in the ps5 version of apex and you cant get in the ps5 version because of this update 

For who has got a scuf controller for ps5, it is pointless do this, cause it doesn't allow you to play ps4 game on ps5, so thanks EA for not solving a problem you caused

Then I can't use my edge controller. So not really a useful work around for ranked. Really disappointed.

You don't need to access the PS5 to version to log out, as it will disconnect itself after a short duration of time. Please try again periodically and that should let you launch the PS4 version.

I would also make sure you've fully closed the game on PS5 and have not just exited to the dashboard to avoid any other delays with that disconnect.

this is ridiculous, we are being punished because EA update activated early and the solutions is download the ps4 or wait till the new season comes out I was slow getting back into playing apex and this happens!!!!

Tryed that now it says my Account isnt enabled for online Play when im trying to Access the Game? 

It's ridiculous. I've spent a lot of time reinstallin, rebuilding dbs and bulldozing my network setup as part of lessons learned from dealing with this game's updates in the past. I literally got depressed looking how EA is coping with problems - enough is enough

It doesn't work, if I reinstall the ps4 version it won't let me log in because there is another "device" connected, even if I have already closed the ps5 version, even if I restarted and uninstalled the ps5 version... solutions?

Thats cheting the rait of downloading the game, you are forsing the players to download the game agin, so thats new 28gb download from PS so your score of game is up? becuse how many people will download and then after few days or feuter on you will say now ps5 delete version of ps4 and download for ps5 agin 28gb= 56gb total so your score for game is up an ps i suport the game from start but this is *, plus people ho have limit gb... EA ProP 🙂)
