This is the bot message I’ve gotten 3 times even to my replies it’s been 6 days 

yup me too, they wont even acknowledge the problem on any socials either LOL, this game is beyond pathetic now. Forcing console players to play 60fps like this is 2013 not 2023. ALL it takes is another similar BR shooter and this game is dead. 

ive literally been reset 3 times btw. I'm done.

@JayneffsThey definately know about this issue and the Comminity Manger said on Wednesday (day after S16 launch) that they are looking in to it. I can't work out how such a major issue could have got through pre-release testing. Fingers crossed that they can restore everyones correct ranked level as well as fixing the cause once they work it out. If this happened with one of my test and dev teams I'd be asking serious questions about how such a serious and fundamental piece of functionality was broken without anyone noticing.

Same issue has happened to my brother with demotion and I've had multiple games where I've gained 0 RP, typically games my squad wins. It's frustrating because I'm like 1000+ RP behind now...

Well lucky me I get to join the club sort of.

I have not been de-ranked by the bug "Yet".

However it looks like I am not gaining RP either.

Shows me the placement points, points for kills assist and participation and the positive RP they add up to and then the final tally is 0 awarded.

Oh well game on, and I will just have to wait like everyone else for the fix.

Also I will have to pay more attention before and after games as it could be the vis glitch prob and I could still be getting the points.

New split. They always deranked you for new split. Still waiting for the restoration btw respawn. If you were going to ignore it. Then ignore it. Don’t post the we will do something and then expect us to forget about it. 

next time just be up front and say… too bad it is what it is. Because the pr bs that is said and then the whole split goes without a word . Looks T E R R I B L E

The restoration was rolled out some time back, but some players had progressed past that point already, so there was no way to restore them without rolling them back. 

This thread had been left up as there's a persistent issue where players could appear to be reset (they actually weren't) but now it's getting conflated with the real issues around what seem to be incorrect split deranks. 

The thread for that is here, we'll close this down so as to reduce confusion around the issue. 

To reiterate, if you get a massive RP loss in a single match that brings you to zero RP< that's a visual bug and the RP will return the next time you earn RP.
