Re: Ranked Bug causing RP loss

Same problem here. 4 times today, lost rank each time in Plat. How is this not fixed? I remember this same issue happening several seasons ago, and again over the past few days. No alternatives? no response from EA? No "hey we will look into it/working on fixing it" no, nothing. Same as last time.

Here, is very simple. Each time this happens, dont let us lose rank. That's it. Loss forgiveness each time the bug occurs. It was done in the past for other bugs, why is it so hard for this? Fix it please. it is very frustrating to grind ranked and then lose it by simply staring at a loading screen.

    I 100% agree. I also think we deserve our RP back that we lost! It’s ridiculous I’ve lost close to 1,000 RP from this glitch alone.

    @soccergeek2 i would agree and i think we should get reimbursed for our lost LP. It’s a pain to keep playing ranked with this bug and it ruins the fun. Me and a friend have been playing ranked and he seems to be fine with the rank system but i’ve got the glitch and he would get 600 LP for a win whilst I would get 240. Please fix this bug EA.
