Re: Reward badges bug/glitch

customer service told me to report a bug... so here I am. reporting that I didn't get my club win or club legacy badges when myself and my club mates won our first match together. the other two in my squad received theirs immediately after the match. but since im on switch... I imagine that has something to do with it I guess... help? I'd really like to get the club badges I earned with my clubmates.

Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match

What were you doing when the issue occurred? Exited match after winning. I was in the lobby.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Don't remember.

How often does the bug occur?  I mean I've only won once with my club. so... 100% for me. 0% for my club mates 
How severe is your issue? no game impact... just would like to have what I earned. 
What happens when the bug occurs? won the game with my club. didn't receive the badge for the club win. we were all alive at the end. so the club legacy badge should've been earned as well. 
What should be happening instead? My badges should be unlocked.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't think we can.
