Re: [Switch] My battle pass and tracker have been reset

03/16(木) 深夜0時にSwitch版APEX起動

保存画像を照らし合わせたところ、s15後期からs16の前日までの戦闘データが全て消えリセットされています。

気付かず1戦だけカジュアルマッチしましたが、データが戻るのかどうか今時点まだ何も分からないので怖くて触れない状況です。

修正できるのなら早急に対処、もしこのままバグが治らないのであればバトルパスを急いで進める必要があるので、どちらにしろ早めのアナウンス等お願いしたいですね。

    @Juna_Butterfly Please keep to the supported languages here, in this forum it's English, you can view supported languages by clicking English at the top of the page.

    Nevertheless, thank you for the info in the post, it looks like you're experiencing what others have been reporting too.

    This is an ongoing investigation, and while it's been resolved for quite a few folks, it looks like it's still affecting a cohort of people, so we'll continue to investigate, and your posts have been helpful.

    Im not feeling so well since my progress is gone and my time and money i spend on EA apex legends ☹️... so can i ask how long it will take cause someone here from EA said to us we should not play the game till its resolve so yeah thing is the event imperial guard is soon over so we cant get our rewards or Badges will there be a solution soon or how long it will take ? Thank u for ur great work habe a nice one !

    Same man, it even says I have to buy the battle pass again, and I don't even wanna risk playing since it might be a perma ban, why do we switch players always get the game-ruining bugs :<

    First someone here from ea said wait one day and dont play so its already 2 days and yup i dont play since then .

    What curious is there still no official statment for this problem.☹
