Hey @yujikaido05,

If you're constantly being asked to reset your password, then it sounds like your Xbox account might be linked to a dormant/disabled EA account and that you're resetting the password on the wrong account. Unfortunately we're not able to help with account issues here on the forums, but if you reach out to our live support team they should be able to help you find the right account and get back into Apex Legends:
