it seems there's been a bunch of bugs especially on this season.
what it makes the atmosphere more worse is, each of the bugs has high severity so that the devs or support teams seeming to be nearly mulfunctioning.
we haven't get any reply on this bug report yet, but thinking of the situation it's kind of understandable.
a single bug could have been triggering some other bugs, so noone can make an action without several consideration. what if a single reply goes wrong and get to a big mislead? if i were the support or dev, would never reply until the situation's be more clear.
but yeah, of course i'd be glad to have even a single word reply: 'investigating'
Whats worse is how many of these bugs happen every season launch...over and over..
