I've opened two cases to EA support, but they doesn't answer. The only option they offer is to chat with a support assistant, but the assistans are never available.
Five days unable to play. Today I’ve been able to play for five minutes on the first match, after that time it crashed and from them on, every single match crashes on jumping. I’ve been playing to Cod Modern Warfare without problems.

I’ve been playing Cod Modern Wafare for an hour or so, and then I’ve tried Apex again... and I’ve been able to play some matches without a glitch.

Unbelievable. Today it’s working flawlessly. I’ve done nothing, I haven’t reinstalled, I haven’t deleted data, the game has not been updated... from my side it’s all the same. I suspect from some server update or something.
