Hey good evening@EA_Kent
I think I updated this morning or last night so I've only played on season 11 with Windows 11. I have only noticed an issue on apex itself no other app/game has sound issues. I would hate to have to roll back the update due to apex.

Hopefully we don't have to go that far. The main reason I asked is because that's been a common factor in most of the reports I've seen.
Based on what you described it sounds like there might be something going on with the audio channels. It might be trying to output sound to audio channels that don't actually exist. Have you checked your audio software to see if it's set to output in surround sound? If so, can you try changing it to stereo to see if that makes any difference? - @EA_Kent Yup I checked, and tried turned off audio enhancements, spatial sound and went in the audio driver application with no success

Would you mind changing the audio quality setting in windows to a different Hz to see if that makes any difference as well?
