    Hey there,

    We should try out some connection troubleshooting to see if we can help with the errors you've been seeing. 

    When you have the chance I recommend starting off with the basic connection troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website. Those steps can fix a lot of the most common issues we see, but if you are still having any problems afterward check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well.
