Received no loot from legendary pack bundle's legendary loot box

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I opened the legendary loot box from the Legendary Pack Bundle

How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashed when I opened the loot box and got no rewards from it.
What should be happening instead? I should have receieved my legendary rewrads from the box.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try purchasing the legendary loot box, and opening right after.
The bug happened when I opened the legendary loot box from the Legendary Pack Bundle. Right before it i had used the 600 apex coins to get the bundle. When I proceeded to open it, the animation started, but then crashed.
Upon restarting the game, I did not see any of the new items icons on any of my legends and loadout. I opened another box just to make sure, and got a weapon skin, a caustic skin, and crafting materials, but nothing from the Legendary box.
If you could try and check my account and see if there is a way to check the logs for the rewards that I received from the two recent loot boxes. I did not get anything on my UI showing that I got the legendary loot box rewards.
