Returning PS4 player, not recieving Diamond trail or badge BUG!

Product: Apex Legends
Platform:Sony Playstation 4

Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? pathfinder
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. main menu
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. waiting for the game to update my profile and give me my diamond badge and dive trail.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Yes
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 0
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 30/05/20
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Could not obtain Diamond Emblem badge or DiveTrail
What should be happening instead? Credited Diamond badge & Dive Trail(permanent)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? you have replied to other threads of people not receiving badges/dives and have "fixed" or rolled out patches to fix. I was diamond before switching to PC, upon coming back I still had my diamond badge and I could not play ranked with my team( due to 1 tier difference, 1 gold, 1 silver). Each game it threw me into top lobbies with plat/diamond/preds and I had to play atleast 3 games for it to finally reset because i had to go POSITIVE in a DIAMOND lobby(48RP+).

I was also signed up on DreamTeam.gg and they have matching information to credit me Diamond badge/ Permanent Dive Trail

    @Spooked-_-Savage

    If you were Diamond previous season then you should have the dive trail this season.

    Also, i know that many players didn't get their dive trail this season because previous season they used to dashboard/quit.

    @SpyrosFPS explain my screen shots then....take into consideration that 1) i left before s3 ended, was diamond, havent played till maybe a few days ago. thats a while my game hasnt updated since i havent logged onto apex legends since mid s3... i have proof, dreamteam has proof. i dont dash, theres no reason to lie i have the screenshots of my stats, i have a discord, forums, and 25+ players i play with that can vouch that i was a diamond player. i did not recieve badge or dive trail please MOD OR ADMIN LOOK INTO THIS!

    is when i got to diamond division. if you check internally and aswell on Dreamteam.gg at those time frames, you will see I was in fact, a diamond player. "Players who earned any dive trail in Series 1 or 2 will be grandfathered in, and will keep the trails forever." https://www.ea.com/games/apex-legends/news/ranked-series-3-details

    I am due atleast that much. EA posted on their website that we will be grandfathered in. i worked hard for my diamond and I only came back to PS4 because I knew I had achieved diamond status and should have gotten a dive trail!

    Did you crash a lot?
    There is a possibility that too many crashes is the reason for not getting ranked rewards.
    I'm not sure but I've seen threads about this.
    Can anyone confirm this?

    I still see reports about ps4 crashing.
    They should fix it. :S

    @SpyrosFPS nope. I stopped playing due to gifting my ps4 to my cousin, I had a PC and I had friends that wanted me to make the switch so I did and I havent logged into my account since then really and when I went i bought a new ps4 around the 30th last month, i logged in and it gave me the following errors. had to play 3 games of plat/diamond/pred rank lobbies and I think it only reset because the first and second game I went negative and then i finally went positive. I also tried to instantly ready up with my previous team I used to play with, they wernt the same level. One was Gold, one was Silver, and it gave max 1 rank tier difference notification. Further proves my point.

    I know about this bug. When new Season starts it still shows Diamond 4 and you have to play few matches (i played only 1) and then your rank will update.
    Then you can invite friends and play together.

    I got the Diamond dive trail on Xbox.

    Did you notice any penalising message while signing in?

    @SpyrosFPS no penalising messages, i went to live chat, apparently i was logged into my PC EA account upon creating this thread so hopefully it doesnt affect anything. they are now escalating this situation to concerns team and hopefully they can fetch all the details server side that they need to verify my account was a diamond and to credit me a badge and dive trail
