Revenant Tactical / Catalyst Passive Bug

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Using an Ability

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Fighting a Revenant and I got hit by Rev Tactical (Silence Ability) and as Catalyst I was able to use my Passive and Barricade a door.
What should be happening instead? Revenant Tactical is supposed to suppress all abilities including Passives yet Catalyst is immune to this
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? First: Be Catalyst. Second: Get hit by Revenant Tactical (Silence) Third: Use Catalyst's Passive and Barricade a Door

Ok so when you get hit as Catalyst by Revenant Tactical (Silence) you can still use your passive (Barricade) as Catalyst.

As far as I know this is unintentional as Revenant Tactical is supposed to suppress all abilities including Passives.
