I have 64 GB ram. It's crashing on me also.
Being that many people are stating that they notice in dump files that there is memory issues (like unable to read / or value cannot be X) it makes me wonder if it's the anti cheat.
@GrimTimz Do you have Lost Ark installed by any chance? I think that uses the same anti cheat. Wondering if that’s causing issues.

If folks haven't done so, be sure to perform a clean boot before playing/testing in order to minimize potential conflicts.
Also can you see if repairing EAC itself has an impact? Do to this, go to your game folder, then EasyAntiCheat and start EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe. You'll find the option to Repair Service there.
I suspect this won't have an impact, but it'll be good to check off the list even if that's the case.
Also, if you have more than one disk you can install to, can you see if changing the install drive to another disk has any impact?

Both after S12 Update, thanks for your input, but i don't want to doctor around with something that may cause even more problems.
Clearly this is a problem caused by something that changed with season 12 - i mean even top apex streamers like aceu, shiv and others are crashing a few times every stream now - so i think that there should be a fix by respawn/EA asap...

I am also crashing to desktop, seems to only happen in the BR modes for me, I can go hours in arenas without a crash. The second I go into BR its crash after crash,
PC is not OC at all, I have done a clean boot, re installed all software, repairs EAC and still crash constantly.
PC Specs are:
Win 11
EVGA 3080 Ti
i9-12900k
32GB Trident DDR5 6000mhz
Hopefully this is patched soon. The anniversary event is basically impossible for affected community members.
Season 12 crashes:
During game (often when using cell resulting in voiceline) or at start (also with voiceline). -> is this an audio problem?
During the match in ranked (2x, stoped playing ranked) -> game crash -> start apex again -> cpu 100% at apex (sometimes also GPU). -> in game but all freeze -> kicked out -> 10 minutes penalty for AFK. Also seen: Code Snake

Can we get frequent updates on this?
Losing RP all day because of APEX closing without any error. Everyone's PC specs in here are more than capable of operating APEX.
Can you guys acknowledge and address this issue. This game is literally unplayable. We all had no problems prior to seasons 12. This has been on going since day 1 of season 12, and you guys just hearing us now is not acceptable.
What progress has been made so this is no longer an issue.
I have updated my AMD Drivers to the latest one Adrenalin 22.2.2 Optional and reinstalled completely the Apex Legends (removed all setting files!).
Next I have set up the game again and I am using "Streaming Budget (High)" (as someone here suggested) - previously I used "Insane". Today I have played few games without a crash...
...but that does not mean it won't crash tomorrow...
@PsyhiX69Using same version of Adrenalin, and same budget, I crashed after 3 matches, this 5th crash has been updated on my other post..

Bumping the topic. Awaiting devs comments and updates. Been a deserted town....
A little update on my end, I found that as a way to mitigate it I could exit out of the game and reopen every couple rounds or so and it significantly decreased the chance of crashing. I played for about 6 hours last night and I only crashed once, and that's because I forgot to exit between rounds. Much better than the 6 or 7 crashes a night I was getting before.
I also found that I crash quite often in control.
You still crashing ? I keep crashing whole game just shuts down middle of match sometimes multiple times.
yeah am still crashing and have been since the season came out I've tried so many ways to try fix it nothing has helped they need to patch this
Same issues here,
got a i7 8700K @ 5Ghz and a RTX 3080 with most up to date drivers. Since tuesday i get frequent crashes over the course of the day. Litterally unplayable. When i read out the crash reports it reads ERROR CODE: 0xc0000005 _ Die Anweisung in 0x%p verwies auf Arbeitsspeicher bei 0x%p. der vorgang %s konnte im Arbeitsspeicher nich durchgefuert werden. (translation: The Task in 0x%p referenced to RAM at 0x%p der process %s could not be processed in the RAM.
So i checked my RAM and everything checks out fine.
As you can see since the update on Tuesday it happens more frequently
bump.... can any EA people comment... It has been worse this recent patch update.....
