Same thing for me. Before this season I haven't had problems with crashes for a long time.
I remember back in maybe season 3 or 4 I was crashing constantly for weeks and was trying everything, even reinstalling windows.
That time, funny enough a person on this forum found a really strange fix.
He also reinstalled windows and tried adding one program at a time and then play.
He found out that it was OBS that was causing his problem.
And the same thing worked for me, I had OBS, although I hadn't streamed for some time, when I uninstalled it, not a single crash. (Before every 2-3 games)
So although I think it's a memory leak, a lot of people are playing without crashes.
So it might be some software that we have installed that has a shared DLL-file or something.
I also see a lot of streamers crashing like ShivFPS, Mendo etc. so it's quite widespread.
So I was wondering what have you guys installed recently?
I installed Lost Ark last week. Gonna try uninstalling it now.
What virus program are you using? Panda Anitvirus
Do you have Hardware Acceleration on in Discord and using voice chat? I do (gonna try disabling it now)
EDIT: Uninstalling Lost Ark didn't work and running discord without hardware acceleration didn't matter.
Same problem with not running discord at all and disabling anti-virus.
Just running one monitor doesn't help either.
And neither does reinstalling Easy Anti-Cheat.

Before February 2022 I hadn't crashed since 2020 November:
When speaking to a friend of mine experiencing the crashes. I told him the similarities we have was also OBS. We both experience crashes.
Strangest thing is, we both had OBS before Season 12 (no crashes then)
