[season 12] Constant crashes to desktop without any message

Any chance at all at getting SOME kind of acknowledgement of this issue, at the very least? I have crashed at least 5 times today, each time resulting in lost RP. I don't understand why every time I come back to this game (every other season or so), there's some gamebreaking bug or server issues.
