What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot enjoy the game at all. It's broken.

I have played 15 games today and every single one of them was a Pred/Master lobby. I am account level 80. I am not a Pred or Master so why am I being tossed in these lobbies. Add actual Skill-Based Matchmaking. Quit lying and saying it's implemented when it clearly isn't. This is a well known, highly reported and accurately documented issue and has been since Season 4.
