Same here once the game crash I have to Lock the session or restart the pc because apex won't ALT+F4 etc So annoying JESUS!!! Delete install it again etc nothing changes! :-(
My specs:
- RTX ROG STRIX 3080TI
- R7-5800X
- 32GB RAM
- ASUS ROG Strix X570-E Gaming ATX
Still trying to work around this problem and I haven't found any way out of this.
Trying to play with another sub account with clean slate of cosmetics to test and still getting freeze.
And yet with all these reports, we haven't got any answer nor reply.
At least give us some insurance that they are looking at the problem at the moment.
@Nanashi1983 I suspect, this case is a bit something else. Seems there are two different cases concerning the DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG error. One where this error happens, but without PC freezing and only Apex crashing. The other one, with PC freezing, like in this case.
This one is probably memory-related, since a freezing PC, indicates a memory issue. You should run a Windows Memory Diagnostic tool to check if your computer has memory problems.
I wouldn't be here if that resolve my problem right?. And it isn't just me. But A LOT of others too.
