What happens when the bug occurs? The questions you are asking is not about the game play. you should really fix on what the questions the players want to talk about. Its the battle pass of season 3. onced i completed the battlepass i was promised that you will get 1200 each of the craft and the gold money. i didnt recive either. i dont know why, but i was looking forward to getting it as i finished the battle pass on time. as well, i just thought it will come through in the next season onced i logged in but it hasnt. can you please check this and not promate that you will get 1200 each if it doesnt happen, thank you.

I think you might have misunderstood how those rewards work. That just means that you would earn up to 1200 coins or crafting metal throughout the course of the Battlepass by leveling it up. It doesn't mean that you would receive all of that at once. As you level up your Battlepass you continue earning rewards, so by the end of it you could potentially earn those amounts of metals and coins if you max it out.
