Hey everyone.

Final update: This issue is now resolved. Thanks again for sticking with us while this was under investigation.

We're aware of the issues that are happening with the game menus, including the store. The team is currently investigating and working to get this fixed.

Hopefully we'll have this sorted out soon. Thanks for bearing with us while it's under investigation.

What happens when the bug occurs? Main menu tabs are inaccessible, characters are improperly locked.

I am experiencing a couple of different issues. After finishing a game, the first recap screen was blank, but I could move forward (the second screen loaded properly).

After returning to the main menu, I found I was unable to access the various tabs (Legends, Loadout, Store, Quest Hub). Attempting to click on "See All Challenges" gave me a logic error.

I entered another trios game, and when I got to the hero selection screen, all of the purchasable heroes were locked. I had unlocked all of them previously, and they were unlocked in the firing range.

Are you also experiencing being placed into the wrong game mode when you actually manage to access the queue menu? Also, the game randomly errors out when I attempt to restart it.

  Having the same issues and so is my homie, but it doesn't seem like everyone has the same issue

How can we fix this? I can't play without my characters took me a long time to get good with all of them and then I get stripped off them! Super burnt right now!!!

@ag918w35 Exactly same issues for me!
Additionally, I can not see my currency, and I am not able to purchase the battle pass nor any other items.

i thought i was the only one! I legit got scared thinking i was gonna lose all my characters... im a wattson main and i cant even play her :/

  Same, I'm a Mirage main with some seriously rare event items and I was worried I was going to have to make a new account. Not to mention the battle pass I just bought.

Same problems for me plus I got a problem with the 8 loot ticks which are coming with the battle pass.
As soon as I open them I get a server error message and the loot tick is gone. No loot received. Lost already the legendary loot tick and another one.

I'm getting these too! Clicking see all challenges take me to the game logic error screen with 0x000002074E4F5DB00 . I'm getting these issues on Xbox One X though.
