What happens when the bug occurs? My season 9 devotion skins dragon spine and bound in bone is gone after picking up new event skin off the ground.

My season 9 dragon spine and bound in bone devotion skin has been taken away after picking up new arctic skin for the devotion. I don't even have it unlocked either.
