    Let's try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help get this fixed here. 

    When you have the chance please start off with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website. If the same thing keeps happening after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well. 


    Let me know if you're still having any trouble getting into a game after that. Thanks!
