I appreciate you sharing that.
Looking through the diagnostics in the DxDiag you attached, it seems like some Windows system processes have been crashing. Can you try running the Windows System File Checker to see if it finds any issues? You can find more info on how to run it at the Microsoft Support website.
If you're able to give that a shot please let me know if you're still running into any crashes afterward. Thanks!

so i used both SFC.exe and DISM and both said that there was no corruption detected. I've linked a photo of what command said after running these.

update. I finally got a message error when it crashed. don't know if this error was what caused my other crashes or if its a separate thing but ill link it ether way

Thanks for sharing! That error can sometimes point to issues with VRAM. Have you changed the clock speed for the RAM in your GPU? If so, can you try reverting it back to the factory clock speed to see if that makes a difference?

Hi sorry for the long response time. I ended up taking the computer in as it started crashing other games and bluescreening my computer. my ram was the issue in the end even though I ran a memory diagnostic guess it got under the radar. replaced the ram and haven't had the issue since. thank you for your help in all this!
