Single fire weapon fire rate issue

After the most recent update I noticed some bugs that I feel are game related. When firing single fire with any weapon the trigger pulls will not register at times( see video). I pul the trigger consistently like I always have but at times the game does not register and it won’t fire. 

I have Xbox series x

elite series 2 controller

i have tried three different controllers including exchanging my elite series 2 today for a brand new one. 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. 

I have fully reset my Xbox and started from scratch. All lead to the same issue. 

I noticed as well that my controller settings in apex no longer allow me to change, they are greyed out with all enabled in the center. (See photo) 

also I can no longer see club tags on anyone!!! 

I just spent the $140 to unlock calls heirloom and this is the crap we deal with from respawn and EA. I’m tired of bugs that make the game unplayable, and I’ve posted issues before as per EA support says that a member of the community will get back to you!!! But they never do. Zero customer service while making millions from the game, sad truth.
