For some reason I am not getting any teammates. Everytime I Q up I get to play by myself.
Does anyone have the same issue?

I had the same issue. It's if you un-tick "Fill Teammates" in PUBs, it is carrying over to Ranked. Definitely a bug.
@JamieFameFlame as @Galvanto had mentioned, if you opted to not have teammates in Trios/Duos, there's currently a bug that keeps the team fill off when switching over to rank, (which would explain why a restart had fixed the issue, as that resets the mode you're playing back to pubs, and re-enables the team fill setting).

That would be why I was alone in my ranked matches. I was queued up alone in pubs before I played ranked.
I did a restart of my game which ended up fixing the issue for me.
