Sometimes kicking me off the game and sometimes gives me a snake error message

What happens when the bug occurs? i get kicked out of the game and either can connect back or it says cant connect to match and error snake or something like that and i lose rp cause i usually play ranked. or when it happens in beginning of match i die cause im afk basically
What should be happening instead? not kick me off the game?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? see why it does that and either fix it on the game cause it usually never happened and wasn't a problem on my end

anyone know how to fix this? Sometimes it will close the game and not give me an error but sometimes it pops up the error i attached and says cant reconnect and then the code snake.
