What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. We were loading into a ranked match

What happens when the bug occurs? We attempted to load into a ranked match and it disconnected me from the game, and put my friend on my account, so when we played the match it was with my stuff instead of his. After he died, I was given a 10 minute ban and had stat loss from him dying.
What should be happening instead? We should both load in instead.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It may be caused by us playing on the same wifi.
