I’ve been unable to connect to my usual data center, St. Louis, for the past few days. I live in Wisconsin, so I’ve been trying to deal with a constant 40 ping and also unbelievable amounts of packet loss. I’ve never had these issues with apex before, and my wifi is quite good, but I’m not sure what’s happening.

Let's try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help you get connected back to the same datacenter you were normally using. When you've got the chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website. Those can tackle a lot of the most common issues we're seeing, but if you're still having trouble connecting after that check out the platform-specific steps as well:
