Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. It is the start up screen where it displays the developing companies just getting into the game itself
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. starting up Apex

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 0
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) just once when I open the game
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? when the game opens up it is just quiet you can't hear anything until you reach where you can change profile or continue with the profile signed in and it's only when watching streams that I know there is actual audio supposed to be there
What should be happening instead? What i should be hearing is what I think paint splatters going across the screen
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure how to fix this bug it is a super small bug that doesn't affect anyone. but it would nice to see a change in it
I know during this time fixing these problems is hard and I understand if this doesn't change for a while. I have been enjoying this game since the first week it came out and I cant wait to see what you guys have planned for the future of the game keep up the hard work I know it must be difficult with all the recent feedback from players I hope if this gets gotten to it isn't. a huge burden to get fixed.
Has it been a while since you power cycled your equipment? If so, try doing it now with these steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
